The Goal of this position is to develop a hyper-local regional playbook and execute the overall field marketing strategy to entrench ZIPS as a part of the local communities we serve. The Field Marketing Manager will act as a partner with our Zips local operations and facilities teams and be a contributing partner to the overall brand marketing strategy with their marketing colleagues. The Field Marketing Manager will plan, manage, and execute approved activities to generate customer transactions and profitable sales while becoming the Car Wash of choice within each local community.


  • Build out of strategic regional marketing plans and activities to increase the profitability and overall success of the sites by aligning the goals of the overall business with the marketing needs of the Region

  • Responsible for managing the region marketing, planning and execution of the overall field marketing strategy

  • Develop quarterly report out of marketing activities that capture marketing objectives, program results and performance


  • Manage regional field marketing expenses in line with the field marketing budget.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of region and recommends local marketing opportunities around each local market segment

  • Prepare recommendations for effective hyper-local outreach and partnership programs based on local and site level market


  • Identifies, coordinates and executes hyper-local events, sponsorship and charitable marketing initiatives for the region

  • Collaboration with Operations and Facilities for development and execution of local plans

  • Evaluate the performance and KPIs for all field marketing initiatives.

  • Implement the platform, assets, programs of the Team Zips Marketing portal. (UMI)

  • Maintains knowledge and tracking of existing and emerging competitors.

  • Implementation and execution of competitive intrusion and blunting marketing plans

  • Develop and implement site level marketing and brand conversion programs for new acquisitions.

  • Develop and implement all presell, grand opening and post opening marketing plans for new openings.

  • Manage strategic development of charitable outreach opportunities at the regional level to align with brand pillars.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • 50% Travel required with this role.

o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

o 5 years’ experience in marketing and/or local field marketing. o 3 years’ experience in multi-unit marketing management

  • Must be able to work a full-time schedule and work outside of normal business hours when necessary, including nights and weekends

  • Ability to lift 15 pounds
