Goal: Asset Manager The main purpose of the Regional Facilities Director (RFD) is to improve car wash operational programming through site assessments & effective action plans. The RFD will have a base region but may be asked to support other regions as needed.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Site Production & Administration

  • Travel & training between all stores in the market performing tunnel repairs & new equipment installs. This includes advanced electrical work & control wiring, plumbing maintenance, Installing, dismantling, repairing, & reassembling machinery & equipment, metal fabrication
  • Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring & testing instruments
  • Conduct necessary repairs in a timely manner without disrupting wash operations
  • Controls downtime by informing workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques & also training team members on the preventive maintenance; monitoring compliance
  • Conserves maintenance resources by using vendors & teammates as needed
  • Maintains safe & clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, & regulations
  • Partner closely with the Regional team to manage projects & new implementation
  • Maintain tools, test equipment and other company materials in a professional manner
  • Complete all company paperwork and any required documents in a timely manner
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Skills & Qualifications

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  1. This position involves sitting, standing, walking and normal physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing lifting, and carrying typical equipment up to approximately 100 lbs. in weight.
  2. Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
  3. Must have finger & hand dexterity for frequent & continuous operation of all tools/equipment.
  4. Normal or corrected hearing to the level of ability to accurately decipher normal & abnormal operating equipment sounds

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. Must have 2+ years of carwash management experience in electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, mechanics, construction, hydraulics, pneumatics, reverse osmosis (RO) systems, reclaim systems, conveyors, welding, & commercial building maintenance
  3. 50+ hours per week must have flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for repairs & emergency breakdowns
  4. Applicants must have a valid drivers license, a clean driving record and the ability to travel site to site with necessary tools & resources
