Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of assigned portfolio of projects
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and task trackers
- Keep project details up to date in Smartsheet and Excel
- Coordinate across teams to keep tasks and deliverables on schedule
- Flag risks early to prevent emergencies and last-minute scrambling
- Prepare concise and readable executive-level status updates for company leaders
- Support project handoff to facilitate long-term ownership of executed projects
- Document SOPs, notes, and handoff plans
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a project coordinator, operations, or admin role; background managing multiple projects in operations, facilities, construction, or IT preferred
- Experience with project management tools; advanced skill with Smartsheet and Excel and experience with dashboards or analytic tools preferred
- Must be able to sit at a desk for prolonged periods
- Strong project management skills coupled with a love of structure
- Highly organizes with the ability to manage multiple projects to a precise level of detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong bias toward action
- Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
