A Field HR Business Partner supports all aspects of human resources for a group of multiple locations within regions, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, benefits support, compliance, and training, acting as a key link between local management and employees to align HR strategy with business goals and foster a positive culture.

Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving conflicts, investigating grievances, and providing coaching to both managers and employees at their assigned sites.
- Performance Management: Oversees performance reviews, develops improvement plans, and supports managers in giving constructive feedback.
- Compensation & Benefits: Support, review and maintain local compensation, benefits programs, and payroll processes, ensuring fairness and compliance.
- Training & Development: Coordinates and delivers training programs for staff and managers on policies, compliance, and skill development.
- Policy & Compliance:. Ensures that the specific field operations adhere to federal, state and local employment regulations. Work with Workforce Commission, EEOC, Unemployment Claims to resolve disputes.
- Culture & Engagement: Develops initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
- Strategic Alignment: Works with senior leadership to align local HR initiatives with overall company goals and organizational development.
- HR Administration: Maintains accurate HR records, manages HR data, and prepares reports
- Recruitment & Staffing: Support leaders staff site locations using the Talentcare Software system, troubleshooting hard to fill markets including identifying local talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience for new hires.

- Communication: Ability to connect with people at all levels, from entry-level field workers to senior executives.

- Conflict Resolution: Proficiency in mediation and handling disciplinary actions fairly and consistently.
- Preferred bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience, but other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these requirements.
- 5 years of HR experience, in a field or manufacturing environment professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR are preferred
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
