The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for daily interactions with Zips Car Wash Customers and Members. Daily duties include but are not limited to speaking with customers via phone, chat, or email. Determining the level of complexity of each contact with the goal of achieving the highest initial resolution in an empathetic and supportive manner.
Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Interacts and build rapport with customers via telephone, email, online chat, in a friendly, professional manner to provide support and information on products or services.
- Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
- Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Ability to follow procedures and processes and prioritize job responsibilities and multi-tasking
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Call/Contact center customer service experience preferred
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to type 40 words per minute preferred
- Zendesk experience preferred
