The goal of this position is to develop a hyper-local regional playbook and execute the overall field marketing strategy to entrench ZIPS as a part of the local communities we serve. The Field Marketing Manager will act as a partner with our ZIPS local operations and facilities teams and be a contributing partner to the overall brand marketing strategy alongside their marketing colleagues.
This role is responsible for translating brand strategy into local market execution that drives customer transactions, profitable sales, and community engagement. The Field Marketing Manager will lead regional marketing initiatives including community partnerships, local activations, grand openings, and market growth programs designed to position ZIPS as the car wash of choice within each local community.
This position requires a results-driven marketing professional with experience in multi-unit environments who can develop regional strategies, analyze market opportunities, and execute programs that drive measurable growth.
This position is a remote position with a preferred location of Knoxville, TN, Lexington/Louisville, KY or Atlanta, GA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
•Build strategic regional marketing plans and activities designed to increase the profitability and overall success of locations by aligning business goals with regional marketing opportunities.
• Manage regional marketing planning and execution of the overall field marketing strategy.
• Develop quarterly reporting that captures marketing objectives, program performance, and overall impact on business results.
• Manage regional field marketing expenses in accordance with the approved marketing budget.
• Maintain deep knowledge of regional markets and recommend local marketing opportunities based on market trends and customer insights.
• Prepare recommendations for effective hyper-local outreach and partnership programs using local market and site-level data.
• Identify, coordinate, and execute hyper-local events, sponsorships, and charitable marketing initiatives that increase community engagement and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with Operations and Facilities teams to develop and execute local market plans aligned with operational priorities.
• Evaluate performance and KPIs for all regional field marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Implement and manage marketing programs, assets, and platforms within the Team ZIPS Marketing Portal.
• Maintain awareness and tracking of existing and emerging competitors within assigned markets.
• Develop and execute competitive intrusion and blunting marketing strategies to strengthen market share.
• Develop and implement site-level marketing plans supporting new acquisitions and refreshed sites.
• Support the strategic development of charitable outreach opportunities that align with brand pillars and community engagement goals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications
Skills and qualifications that assist in efficiently completing this job include:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field OR equivalent work experience required
• Minimum 5 years of marketing and/or field marketing experience
• Minimum 3 years supporting multi-unit marketing environments
• Experience in service-based, hospitality or consumer-facing industries preferred
• Exceptional project management and timeline management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and competitive landscape
• Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and field marketing best practices
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Physical Demands and Work Environment

- Approximately 50% travel across assigned regional market
